AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1359

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1359 by replacing line 20 on page 1 through line 1 on page 2 with the following:

""Imitation handgun" means a device or object reasonably capable of being mistaken for a firearm which includes, but is not limited to, an air gun, air pistol, B-B gun, paint ball gun, or pellet gun, but does not include a device that conforms with federal regulation under 15 CFR 272.3.".
