AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1758

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1758 on page 3, by replacing line 8 with the following:

"regularly scheduled payment that may be less than, but not more than 5% larger than,"; and

on page 13, by replacing line 20 with the following:

"may be less than, but not more than 5% larger than, the previous scheduled payment".
