1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2328
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2328 on page 1,
3 line 23, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "Nothing in this Section shall be construed to authorize or
5 permit the sharing or disclosure of any individual's identity,
6 health, or other personal information, or any information from
7 an individual's record, in connection with the creation or use
8 of the post-secondary mental health database and resource
9 page.".
