| 5 | | 34-18.67 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 34-18.67. School nurses. Beginning with the 2022-2023 |
| 8 | | school year, the board shall require the top 20% of the lowest |
| 9 | | performing schools in the district, as determined by the |
| 10 | | board, to employ a school nurse in conformance with Section |
| 11 | | 10-22.23 of this Code.

| 12 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 | | becoming law.".
