If and only if House Bill 156 of the 101st General Assembly becomes law, amends the Transportation Network Providers Act. Repeals the Act on January 1, 2027 (instead of June 1, 2021). Effective immediately.

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. If and only if House Bill 156 of the 101st |
| 5 | | General Assembly becomes law, the Transportation Network |
| 6 | | Providers Act is amended by changing Section 34 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (625 ILCS 57/34) |
| 8 | | Sec. 34. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2027 |
| 9 | | June 1, 2021.
