| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2097 on page 2, |
| 3 | | immediately below line 22, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "Section 20. "An Act concerning land", approved May 27, |
| 5 | | 2022, Public Act 102-1015, is amended by changing Section 1-10 |
| 6 | | as follows:

| 7 | | (P.A. 102-1015, Sec. 1-10)
|
| 8 | | Sec. 1-10. The conveyance of real property authorized by |
| 9 | | Section 1-5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public |
| 10 | | utilities, existing public roads, and any and all |
| 11 | | reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and |
| 12 | | restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if |
| 13 | | the real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it |
| 14 | | shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of Natural |
| 15 | | Resources Corrections.
