AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3413

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3413, AS AMENDED,
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
41, on page 4, lines 2 and 3, by replacing ", 17, and 18" with
5"and 17"; and
 
6on page 6, by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following:
7"Natural Resources prior to their removal. Nothing in this Act
8shall be"; and
 
9on page 7, line 1, by deleting "federal"; and
 
10on page 7, by replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:
