SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Angela R. Isaacson of Normal, who passed
4away on September 25, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson was born in Charleston, South
6Carolina to Richard and Eleanor Blair Twedell on February 6,
71969; she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and
8was a Certified Interior Decorator; she married Todd D.
9Isaacson in Bloomington on October 10, 1998; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson assisted her husband in starting
11Isaacson Concrete and Excavating and later founded Brio Cove
12Salon and Spa in Bloomington; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson was deeply spiritual and was
14baptized in the Eastern Orthodox faith; she valued simplicity
15and old-fashioned values; faith and family were especially
16important to her, and she was a dedicated mother and
17grandmother; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson was preceded in death by her
19grandparents, Phyllis and Merv Twedell; and other members of
20her family; and

1    WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson is survived by her husband, Todd;
2her children, Ahmbrea (Mark) McNeely, Ian (Amy) Swafford, and
3Kelsey (Dean Peters) Isaacson; her grandchildren, Cam, Olive,
4Jameson, Charlee, and one on the way; her father and
5mother-in-law, David and Janie Isaacson; her sister-in-law,
6Holly Isaacson (Bryan) Lowery; her parents, Richard and Eleanor
7Twedell; her siblings, Joy (Keith) Wilson, Donald (Teri)
8Twedell, Heather Mullens, and Annette Lee; and many aunts,
9uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends; therefore, be it
 
10    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
11ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
12Angela R. Isaacson, and extend our sincere condolences to her
13family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
14further
 
15    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
16presented to the family of Angela Isaacson as an expression of
17our deepest sympathy.
