Sec. 2A-36.
Fire Protection District - Trustee - Time of Election.
A
trustee of a Fire Protection District which elects its trustees shall be
elected at each consolidated election in odd-numbered years
to succeed
each incumbent trustee whose term expires before the following
consolidated election.
