Sec. 16.
Any commissioner of the Chicago Park District shall disclose
any pecuniary interest in any employment or financing agreement or other
contract made under the provisions of the Project Sections before any action
by the commissioners on it, and shall not vote on any such matter. Notwithstanding
the provisions of any other law, any financing agreement or other contract
made or procured in conformity with the provisions of the Project Sections
shall not be void by the pecuniary interest of any commissioner of the Chicago
Park District therein.
