    Sec. 214. District enlarged. As of August 4, 1971, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in and about the Village of Richton Park, Township 35 North, Range 13, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, described in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Section:
    (1) Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 27 to the Northeast corner thereof, said point being also the Northwest corner of the South 1/2 of Section 26; thence continuing Easterly along the Northerly line of the South 1/2 of said Section 26 to the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Section 26, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of the Commonwealth Edison Company;
