(225 ILCS 705/18.16) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 1816)

Sec. 18.16. Trolley wires or other exposed electrical wires shall not carry more than 275 volts. Terminal ends of all positive wires shall be guarded against persons coming in contact therewith.
