Sec. 5.
The Council shall have the following duties:
(i) to oversee and ensure the effective administration of this Act by the Department;
(ii) to coordinate and facilitate the collection of information by the
Department under this Act;
(iii) to initiate and coordinate efforts to obtain private or public grants
to fund the Registry;
(iv) to approve the annual report issued by the Department pursuant to
subsection (d) of Section
6 of this Act; and
(v) to establish guidelines, as it deems necessary or desirable, for the
effective administration of this Act.
