Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

225 ILCS 330/13

    Sec. 13. Minimum standards for enrollment as a surveyor intern. To enroll as a surveyor intern, an applicant must be:
        (1) a graduate of an approved land surveying
    
curriculum of at least 4 years who has passed an examination in the fundamentals of surveying, as defined by rule;
        (2) an applicant in the last year of an approved
    
land surveying or related science curriculum who passes an examination in the fundamentals of surveying, as defined by rule, and furnishes proof that the applicant graduated within a 12-month period following the examination; or
        (3) a graduate of a baccalaureate curriculum of at
    
least 4 years, including at least 24 semester hours of land surveying courses from an approved land surveying curriculum and the related science courses, as defined by rule, who passes an examination in the fundamentals of surveying, as defined by rule.
