in the provisions governing applications for issuance of a
certificate of approval.

1 AN ACT to amend the Private College Act by changing
2 Section 3.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 3. The Private College Act is amended by
6 changing Section 3 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 1005/3) (from Ch. 144, par. 123)
8 Sec. 3. Applications that are submitted to the Board for
9 a certificate of approval to operate a post-secondary
10 educational institution shall contain a statement of the
11 following:
12 1. the proposed name of the institution and its proposed
13 location;
14 2. the nature, extent and purposes of the courses of
15 study to be given;
16 3. the fees to be charged and the conditions under which
17 the fees are to be paid;
18 4. the education and experience of the members of the
19 teaching staff;
20 5. the degrees to be issued to students upon completion
21 of courses of instruction.
