Appropriates $1,546,000 from the Road Fund to the
Department of Transportation for necessary studies relating
to the development of the bridge project on Illinois Route 47
over the Illinois River in Morris, Illinois. Effective
immediately.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Transportation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1,546,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road
7 Fund to the Department of Transportation for necessary
8 studies relating to the development of the bridge project on
9 Illinois Route 47 over the Illinois River in Morris,
10 Illinois.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
