1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1684
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1684, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, the paragraph that begins ""Contractor" means",
4 by inserting at the end of that paragraph the following:
5 "The term "contractor" does not include a person who performs
6 any of the activities described in this definition in 10 or
7 more states."; and
8 in Section 15, the last sentence of that Section, by
9 replacing "all lawsuits filed" with "all lawsuits filed
10 within the last 10 years".
