1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Act on the Aging by changing
2 Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 105/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 6101)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Illinois Act on the Aging".
