1 AN ACT to amend the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care
2 Facility Residents Reporting Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Abused and Neglected Long Term Care
6 Facility Residents Reporting Act is amended by changing
7 Section 1 as follows:
8 (210 ILCS 30/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4161)
9 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
10 Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents
11 Reporting Act.
