Amends the Capital Development Board Act to require the
Capital Development Board to make a grant to renovate the
Mary Brown Community Center in East St. Louis. Effective
July 1, 1998.

1 AN ACT to amend the Capital Development Board Act by
2 adding Section 10.17.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
6 by adding Section 10.17 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3105/10.17 new)
8 Sec. 10.17. Mary Brown Community Center renovation. To
9 make a grant to renovate the Mary Brown Community Center in
10 East St. Louis.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
12 1, 1998.
