Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that no
license shall be issued to any person for the sale at retail
of any alcoholic liquor at any place of business which sells
motor fuel at retail for motor vehicles.

1 AN ACT to amend the Liquor Control Act of 1934 by adding
2 Section 6-12.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by
6 adding Section 6-12.5 as follows
7 (235 ILCS 5/6-12.5 new)
8 Sec. 6-12.5. Businesses selling motor fuel. No license
9 shall be issued to any person for the sale at retail of any
10 alcoholic liquor at any place of business which sells motor
11 fuel at retail for motor vehicles.
