1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated May 1, 1998,
4 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
5 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
6 of the School Code; therefore, be it
7 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district
10 waiver requests identified below by school district name and
11 by the identifying number and subject area of the waiver
12 request as summarized in the Report filed by the State Board
13 of Education are disapproved:
