1 AN ACT to amend the Animal Control Act by changing
2 Section 2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Animal Control Act is amended by changing
6 Section 2 as follows:
7 (510 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 8, par. 352)
8 Sec. 2. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the
9 context otherwise requires, the terms specified in Sections
10 2.01 through 2.19 have the meanings ascribed to them in those
11 Sections.
