Attorney General may bring an action to impose a civil
penalty and to seek other relief, including injunctive
relief, as the court deems appropriate against the telephone
solicitor. The civil penalty shall not exceed $10,000 per
violation and shall be deposited in the General Revenue Fund.
This civil penalty may be recovered in any action brought
under this Section by the Attorney General, or the Attorney
