1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Judicial Inquiry
2 Board.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the
7 objects and purposes named, to meet the ordinary and
8 contingent expenses of the Judicial Inquiry Board:
9 For Personal Services .......................... $290,534
10 For State Contributions to State Employees'
11 Retirement System ............................ 27,891
12 For Retirement - Pension Pick-Up ............... 11,621
13 For State Contributions to Social Security ..... 22,225
14 For Contractual Services ....................... 124,500
15 For Travel ..................................... 7,000
16 For Commodities ................................ 2,500
17 For Printing ................................... 8,500
18 For Equipment .................................. 2,000
19 For EDP ........................................ 10,500
20 For Telecommunications ......................... 7,000
21 For Operation of Auto Equipment ................ 2,500
22 For Per Diem for Non-Judge Members at the
23 rate of $100 per day ......................... 8,400
24 Total $525,171
25 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
26 July 1, 1998.
