1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 Spring 1997 Mandate Waiver report to the Senate, the House of
4 Representatives and the Secretary of State as required by
5 Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be it
6 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
7 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
8 CONCURRING HEREIN, That the request pertaining to the
9 Health/Life Safety Code submitted by Community Unit School
10 District 300, identified in the report as WM197-0578, is
11 disapproved; and be it further
12 RESOLVED, that the requests pertaining to holidays
13 submitted by Batavia Unit School District 101, identified in
14 the report as WM197-0600-2, and Johnsburg Community Unit
15 School District 12, identified in the report as WM197-0601,
16 and McHenry Community School District 15, identified in the
17 report as WM197-0653, are disapproved.
