1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated May 1, 1998,
4 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
5 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
6 of the School Code; therefore, be it
7 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
8 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
9 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly is encouraged to
10 act on the Report no later than May 21, 1998.
