1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3 to learn of the death of Pauline M. McHale Howes of Ivesdale,
4 Illinois; and
5 WHEREAS, Pauline Howes was born in Urbana, Illinois on
6 July 7, 1957 to John J. and Catherine Tracy McHale; on
7 November 17, 1984 she married Jeff Howes; and
8 WHEREAS, Pauline Howes graduated from Bement High School
9 in 1975; she attended Parkland College and received a
10 Bachelor in Science degree from the University of Illinois;
11 she taught physical education in Monticello for several
12 years; and
13 WHEREAS, Pauline Howes was a member of St. Clements
14 Catholic Church of Romeo, Michigan; and
15 WHEREAS, Pauline Howes is survived by her loving husband,
16 Jeff; her parents John and Catherine McHale; her sons Sean
17 and Thomas; her brothers Mike, Mark, John, and Brendan; her
18 sisters Maureen Airsman, Justine Nelson, Christine Marker,
19 Antonine Thompson, Norine Betz, Celine Walsh, Irene McHale,
20 and Jeanniene Walsh; and twenty-eight nieces and nephews;
21 therefore, be it
22 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
23 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the death of Pauline
24 Howes of Ivesdale, Illinois, and extend our sympathy to her
25 family and friends; and be it further
26 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
27 presented to the family of Pauline Howes.
