BURKE.

   215 ILCS 5/356c           from Ch. 73, par. 968c                            

        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.  Makes a technical change  in      
   a Section relating to medical expense coverage.                             
          FISCAL NOTE (Ill. Health Care Cost Containment Council)              
          HB1236 has no impact on the operations of the Council.               
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB1236 fails to create a State mandate       
          under the State Mandates Act.
