HARTKE. 65 ILCS 5/11-141-7 from Ch. 24, par. 11-141-7 Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that a municipality with a population of less than 15,000 may contract with any privately owned public utility for the discontinuance of water service to a premises with respect to which the payment of a rate or charge for sewerage service has become delinquent.
