BOST-KLINGLER. 720 ILCS 5/12-21.6 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that the offense of endangering the life or health of a child that results in great bodily harm or death to a child who is under the age of 18 is a Class 2 felony (now a first offense is a Class A misdemeanor and a second or subsequent offense is a Class 3 felony).
