MYERS. 110 ILCS 947/36 Amends the Higher Education Student Assistance Act. Changes the maximum Incentive for Access award amount from $500 per applicant per year to $500 per semester or $333 per quarter for a full-time student and $250 per semester or $167 per quarter for a student who is enrolled less than full-time.
