   625 ILCS 5/3-630                                                            

        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides  that,  beginning  on      
   January  1, 1999, the Secretary of State may allow Violence Prevention      
   license plates to be issued as vanity plates or personalized plates.
