MEYER. 725 ILCS 120/4.5 730 ILCS 5/5-8A-6 new Amends the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act and the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that upon written request of a crime victim, the supervising authority shall notify the crime victim of periods of time in which a participant in an electronic home detention program is not being monitored.
