DART. 20 ILCS 505/17a-13 new Amends the Children and Family Services Act. Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to track, with the written permission of its former wards, closed cases for up to 10 years. Provides for the random selection of cases to be tracked. Requires the tracking of certain data. Provides that the Bureau of Clinical Services shall have responsibility for the case tracking.
