   20 ILCS 2705/49.20a new                                                     
   30 ILCS 105/5.480 new                                                       

        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.  Provides  that      
   the   Department   of  Transportation  shall  make  annual  grants  to      
   municipalities for the maintenance of vaulted sidewalks.   Amends  the      
   State  Finance  Act  to  create  the Vaulted Sidewalk Fund.  Effective      
   immediately.
