MOLARO-OBAMA-SMITH-REA-GARCIA, SHAW AND TROTTER. 305 ILCS 5/9-6.3 from Ch. 23, par. 9-6.3 Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code in an area requiring the provision of child care services to former recipients of assistance under the Aid to Families with Dependent Children program and State administered General Assistance programs for a maximum of 12 months when assistance is cancelled because the recipient obtained employment.
