PARKER. 820 ILCS 305/8 from Ch. 48, par. 138.8 Amends the Workers' Compensation Act. Provides that, if an employee previously sustained an injury resulting in compensation for a percentage of partial disability under specified provisions, that percentage of partial disability shall be deducted from an award for a subsequent injury to the same portion of the body.
