PARKER. (ERWIN-ZICKUS) Creates the Cancer Clinical Trials Task Force to study the cost of cancer treatment using valid cancer clinical trials. Requires a report to the Governor and General Assembly by February 1, 1999. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Changes the reporting date to January 1, 1999, rather than Febru- ary 1, 1999. Removes authority for the Task Force to accept gifts, grants and other funds from any public or private source.
