MADIGAN,R-SIEBEN-PHILIP.

(ACKERMAN-BRUNSVOLD)

        Urges the U.S. Congress to  pass  legislation  to  create  a  new      
   dedicated trust fund for state-level fish and wildlife management.          
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Provides that the 1996 National Fishing, Hunting and Wildlife          
   Association Recreation Survey reported 3 million people in Illinois         
   participated in certain outdoor activities.
