SYVERSON, RADOGNO, KARPIEL, WALSH,T, PARKER, BURZYNSKI, 
   PETKA, FITZGERALD AND RAUSCHENBERGER.

        Urges the U. S. Congress and the President of the U. S. to             
   immediately restore federal funding and eligibility for Supplemental        
   Security Income and food stamp benefits for legal non-citizen resi-         
   dents.
