Requires individual and group policies of accident and health insurance to provide coverage for certain biologically-based mental illnesses under the same terms and conditions as coverage is provided for other illnesses. Amends the Health Maintenance Organization Act, Limited Health Service Organization Act, and Voluntary Health Services Plans Act to require identical coverage under those Acts.
