VEH CD-RAIL CROSSING-COMMERCE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to remove provisions  concerning      
   the  Commerce  Commission conducting hearings and adopting criteria by      
   July 1, 1994 to determine if a grade  crossing  should  be  opened  or      
   abolished.  Effective July 1, 1997.
