NARCTCS PRFIT FORFEIT-DISTRBTN                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Narcotics  Profit  Forfeiture  Act  to  change   the      
   distribution  scheme  of  monies, sales proceeds of property forfeited      
   under the Act, and fines. Creates the Drug Enforcement  and  Treatment      
   Fund  Council.  Amends  the  State  Finance  Act  to  create  the Drug      
   Enforcement and Treatment Fund in the State treasury.                       
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Corrections)                                   
          There will be no fiscal impact on this Department.                   
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE                                                    
          No change from DOC fiscal note.
