DCFS-STAFF-PROVIDER INQUIRIES                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Children and Family Services Act.  Provides  that  the      
   Department  of  Children and Family Services shall add staff and other      
   necessary resources to enable the Department to more  efficiently  and      
   effectively  handle inquiries by providers concerning the licensing of      
   relative caregivers  as  foster  family  homes  as  a  result  of  the      
   Department's Home of Relative Reform Program.
