MHDD CD-EXAMINER-COUNSELOR                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Mental Health  and  Developmental  Disabilities  Code.      
   Adds   a   licensed   clinical  professional  counselor  with  certain      
   qualifications to the definition of "qualified  examiner".   Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          FISCAL NOTE (DMHDD)                                                  
          There is no fiscal impact to DMHDD.                                  
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB505 fails to create a State mandate.
