OCC & USE TXS-HORTICULTURE                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service  Use  Tax  Act,  the  Service      
   Occupation  Tax  Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act.  Provides      
   that horticultural polyhouses or hoop  houses  used  for  propagating,      
   growing,  or  overwintering  plants shall be considered farm machinery      
   and equipment for exemption purposes. Exempts the provisions from  the      
   sunset provisions of the Acts.
