Authorizes the Department of Human Services, as successor to the Department of Public Aid for purposes of administering the Earnfare program, to extend eligibility for Earnfare participation for successfully-employed participants for 3 months beyond the basic eligibility period of 6 months out of any 12-consecutive-month period.
