$DOT-WIDENING OF US ROUTE 34                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $10,100,000 from the Road Fund to the Department  of      
   Transportation  for  all  costs associated with the reconditioning and      
   widening of U.S.  Route  34  (Ogden  Avenue)  from  U.S.  30  (Lincoln      
   Highway) to Montgomery Road in Aurora.  Effective July 1, 1997.
