INS PROPERTY DAMAGE DEMOLITION                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code concerning payment  of  claims      
   for  damage  to structures. Provides that an insurance company must be      
   certain that costs of securing a damaged  structure  are  paid  before      
   paying a claim to the insured.                                              
          FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Insurance)                                         
          HB1232 will have no fiscal impact on the Department.
